Exercise Class for the Older Adult

Local fitness instructor Julie Nottingham has been running this very popular gentle exercise class for the older adult – which includes gents not just the ladies! – since 1996, and is always happy to welcome new participants to this class.
The health benefits of this type of exercise class for the older adult are numerous.
So do you want to : increase your joint mobility? Rev-up your metabolism? Reduce your blood pressure? Lose some weight? Help prevent osteoporosis? Strengthen your back and improve your posture? Strengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility? Enjoy life to the full with more energy? Are you young at heart? Then this class is for you!

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and trainers, bring a drink – and a sense of humour! Mats provided if you wish to do the floorwork.
