Minutes of the Annual Meeting held on Thursday 5th July 2007

at 7.30pm in the Village Hall

1.         APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE were received from Mr Ken Rimington (District Councillor).

 

2.         ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN

 

            It was proposed by Mr Ken Harwood and seconded by Mr Brian Apps that Mrs Bridget Huntington be elected Chairman for 2007-2008.  This was unanimously agreed.  Mrs Huntington then took the chair.  Mr Ken Harwood thanked Mrs Huntington for the many achievements during her previous year as Chairman.

 

3.         ELECTION OF VICE-CHAIRMAN

 

            It was proposed by Mr Ken Harwood and seconded by Mr Brian Apps that Mrs Marian Winn be elected Vice-Chairman for 2007-2008.  This was unanimously agreed. 

 

4.         CO-OPTIONS

 

            There were none.

 

5.         DECLARATIONS OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICE

 

            The Chairman and Vice-Chairman signed the declarations.

 

6.         DECLARATIONS OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS, GIFTS AND HOSPITALITY

 

            There were no additions to those previously registered.
