Berg en Dal is a modern secure estate only minutes from Hout Bay village centre and the beach. The 

estate has 24 hour security and a guard at the gates which are operated by remote control by the

occupants or by the guard. The house is a 3 bedroom Danish designed house with plenty of light and space throughout. There are sea-views to the south and magnificent mountain vistas to the east and west. On the lower terrace is a pool with modern deck and sun lawn, all fenced for the protection of small children.

Hout Bay is now one of Cape Town's most sought after areas, with its beautiful long sandy beach, fishing port and many fine seafood restaurants. The village has all the facilities one could want, including               many excellent restaurants, pubs, banks and supermarkets only minutes away from the house. . The famous Chapman’s Peak Drive is only 5 mins from the house, and the scenic coast road into Cape Town, The V&A and Table Mountain takes 25 mins.
