This brand new duplex holiday home, situated on Montana Blanca mountain, (known locally as Chipmunk Mountain) overlooks lively Caleta de Fuste.  There are panoramic views of the town, golf course, coastline and surrounding mountains from this holiday home which offers many extras to make your stay more comfortable (and save on the baggage allowance).

 

Caleta del Fuste

 

The pretty town of Caleta de Fuste, also known as Castillo is a family resort with a wide variety of restaurants and bars. The sheltered beach at Caleta is ideal for both family bathing and water sports.  You can go diving, jet skiing or learn to wind surf. The harbour is home to many yachts and boats, which offer local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.

 

There is a brand new shopping complex with an excellent large supermarket and a bowling alley. There are many beautiful sandy beaches on the island and just north of Caleta del Fuste there is a national park made up of 10km of white sandy beaches and dunes.

£100 non refundable deposit secures booking. The balance to be paid 4 weeks before departure. When received we will issue directions to the house and how to obtain the keys.

Key Deposit of £100 (Refunded within 10 days of return)

 

Lettings are usually from Wednesday to Wednesday, as that is when the majority of flights from the UK arrive but we will consider other dates if required.

 

On arrival the house will have been cleaned and beds made up. Water, milk and toilet rolls will be supplied. Additional laundry/cleaning can be arranged at extra charge.

 

PLEASE NOTE. Because of the open plan layout of the house, the unsecured garden, steps and rooftop solarium we do not think this property is suitable for toddlers and children too young to play unsupervised. Those who have a problem climbing steps might find access to the solarium difficult.
